How long will it take to receive my order?

Because we need to pre-configure the hardware before we send it to you, the estimated time for an order to be shipped out of our warehouses is 1 to 3 business days after the payment and proper configuration information is received.
In Canada, orders ship out of our Montreal or Toronto warehouses. Once the parcel is with our postal carrier, shipping usually takes 1 to 2 business days for Montreal, Ottawa and Toronto. Areas further away from major cities may have longer transit times.
In the United States, our orders ship out from our New York warehouse with similar delivery times for east-coast states.
