How long does it take to transfer a phone number to VoxSun?

The technical term for a transfer of a phone number from your current carrier to VoxSun is known as porting.
The time to complete a porting request depends mainly on the location of your phone number as well on your current phone carrier.
For big cities, such as Montreal or Toronto, a port can be completed generally within a week of receiving all of the correct information. For smaller towns, a porting request can sometimes take two weeks or longer. Regardless of the delay, we will work with you to determine a good date for the numbers to be ported in to ensure that the migration goes smoothly.
