Why do we receive payment reminders even after we have mailed our check?

First of all, it is important to make sure that the payment has arrived at VoxSun.
Did you send the check to the following address?
Billing department
CP 1012 TOUR MONTRÉAL DESJARDINS
MONTRÉAL, QC H5B 1C1
Canada
Next, have you clearly stated your company name on the back of the check along with your main VoxSun number?
Finally, a check can take up to two weeks to arrive at our billing department and 3 days to be processed by a representative.
To avoid this kind of situation, may I suggest you consider the other payment methods we offer?
1- By credit card from your client account or by phone with a certified VoxSun representative
2- By paying suppliers from your online account at your Canadian financial institution. To do this you simply enter your VoxSun Telecom phone number with the area code that also corresponds to your client number. Ex: 5146000155
3- INTERAC payment to the following address: billing@voxsun.com and with the following mandatory password: VoxSun
4- By check by writing your main VoxSun phone number on the back of the check and sending it to the following address:

5- By bank transfer, including your company name and your main VoxSun phone number in the notes. Bank information:
