VoxSun's digital telephone system doesn't necessarily need a lot of speed, but the Internet connection must be reliable and stable. A faster Internet connection also generally means that your employee's productivity is optimized, so we recommend getting a faster Internet speed whenever possible.
With VoxSun's ActivVoice QoS technology, we can also prioritize voice on a slower Internet connection. Our technical support team will be able to help you.
Having said that, we recommend the following minimum speeds :
For up to 5 users: 15mbit/s download and 10mbit/s upload
For up to 10 users: 30mbit/s download and 10mbit/s upload
For up to 30 users: 60mbit/s download and 10mbit/s upload
For up to 50 users: 100mbit/s download and 20mbit/s upload
