How do I change my banking information or add a credit card to my billing account?

You can view your bills, change your credit card information and even pay your bills via our online billing portal.
Once a credit card is saved on your billing account, monthly payments will be automatically paid from the saved card on the invoice’s due date.
To access our online billing portal:
1. Navigate to https://secure.voxsun.com/billing and then click on the Login link at the top right of the screen:
2. Enter your billing email address and password into the login fields. You received this information by email when your billing account was first created. If you don’t remember your password, click on the "Forgot Password" button to automatically reset your password and receive a new one by email:
3. Once you're logged in, click on "Billing" on the top menu and then click on "Payment Methods":
4. Click on "Add New Credit card":
5. Fill out your credit card's information and details and then click on the "Save Changes" button:
6. Now that your card is linked to your account, you need to set it as the default card so that it is used to pay invoices. Click on the "Set as default" button on the row of your newly entered credit card number.
7. Your new card will now automatically be used for any new invoices. If you have any invoices that are unpaid you can pay them by navigating to "Billing" and then "My Invoices".
