Good news, if you have received a request for payment, it's because your equipment is being prepared and your phone system's configuration is in progress.
You will receive two invoices: one for the monthly services and the other for the configuration and hardware that you ordered.
Secondly, VoxSun is a prepaid service, like all telecommunication services available on the market. Therefore, on the day you sign up, you are billed for the first month of service. If you are waiting on your phone number to be ported in (transferred) to VoxSun, your billing period will be adjusted so that you will only be charged starting on the date on which your number was ported in.
