Can I change my username?

The username that you use to login to the VoxSun Pro app or your SIP softphone cannot be changed.

However, you can change the login username of a user through the VoxSun phone system portal:
1. Log in to the VoxSun Portal with the information provided by your phone system's administrator.
2. From the users table, click on the user for whom you want to change the username.
3. Click on the "Edit User" icon.
4. From this page, you can now modify the username by changing the contents of the text box on the same row as "Username".
5. If you need to modify or create a new password for this user, you can also do that through this page.
6. Click on "OK" to save changes.
